Un test d\u2019activit\u00e9 au sein de la couveuse d\u2019activit\u00e9 des Champs des Possibles \u00e0 la Ferme de Toussacq lui a permis d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e dans son projet et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des infrastructures, de l\u2019expertise et du r\u00e9seau de la coop\u00e9rative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Elle maitrise l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tapes de la panification, de la connaissance des bl\u00e9s au pain pour retrouver l\u2019exigence d\u2019une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de grande qualit\u00e9 (produites sur la ferme de Toussacq et \u00e9galement par la ferme de Chaillois-Gam\u00e9, \u00e0 15 km (Th\u00e9nisy), o\u00f9 officie Geoffroy Gam\u00e9, meunier), respectueuse de l\u2019environnement (bl\u00e9s paysans, bio) et des modes de production (circuit court, local et solidaire).
